Grief Therapy
Grief is the natural emotional pain caused by the loss of someone or something that has been familiar and important in your life. There is no timeline for grief and it is necessary for healing but there are times when we can feel the grief is too much to bear. This is when seeking support from a therapist can be helpful. Matthew 5:4 says “Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.” I would like to help you find comfort and peace.

Trauma Counseling
Trauma changes your brain and can control your behaviors even years after the trauma occurred. By processing and healing trauma, you can break free from your past and reclaim your true identity.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a highly researched technique to treat trauma. EMDR uses the natural process of bilateral processing (as seen in REM sleep) within the context of a conscious, therapeutic experience with a trained therapist.
